In January 2016 Christies in London held the auction The Ski Sale, which included the work Dartmouth, Winter Carnival 1938 by T.M. Joanethis. The auction ended at the price of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,583.09), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Other works by T.M. Joanethis have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2015 the work Dartmouth was auctioned for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,658.19).

Im Januar 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Ski Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dartmouth, Winter Carnival 1938 von T.M. Joanethis zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.583,09) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Andere Arbeiten von T.M.
