Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2013 Christies in London held the auction The Ski Sale, Travel in Style, which included the work Dartmouth by T.M. Joanethis. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,918.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by T.M. Joanethis have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2015 the work Dartmouth was auctioned for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,658.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Ski Sale, Travel in Style durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dartmouth von T.M. Joanethis zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.918,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von T.M. Joanethis konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2015 die Arbeit Dartmouth für GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.658,19) versteigert.
