Auction result misses estimated price range
In September this year a collector was able to acquire the work C.L.0017 by Szabolcs Bozó for HKD 88,200.00 (€ 10,641.67). This price was achieved in the auction 20th/21st Century Art Sale at Christies in Shanghai and was even below the estimate range of HKD 240,000.00 – 400,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Szabolcs Bozó achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May last year with an auction result of HKD 1,386,000.00 (€ 164,547.95).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit C.L.0017 von Szabolcs Bozó für HKD 88.200,00 (€ 10.641,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Sale bei Christies in Shanghai erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 240.000,00 – 400.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Szabolcs Bozó erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.386.000,00 (€ 164.547,95).
