This artwork by Suzanne Duchamp achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Paris in October 2017. In the Collection Arthur Brandt : Dada, Surréalisme et au-delà auction, the work Sans Titre (Profil Au Chat) sold for EUR 12,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Suzanne Duchamp achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Radiation de deux seuls éloignés in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 1,812,500.00 (€ 1,523,365.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Suzanne Duchamp erzielte im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Collection Arthur Brandt : Dada, Surréalisme et au-delà wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre (Profil Au Chat) für EUR 12.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Suzanne Duchamp erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Radiation de deux seuls éloignés im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.812.500,00 (€ 1.523.365,27).
