In August 2007 Christies in London held the auction British, Continental & Russian Pictures, which included the work The dining room by Susan Ryder. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,560.00 (€ 2,306.09), 56% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Susan Ryder - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Cupid Lamp, which sold at auction in August 2007 for GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,740.88).

Im August 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion British, Continental & Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit The dining room von Susan Ryder zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.560,00 (€ 2.306,09) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Susan Ryder mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Cupid Lamp beobachtet, die im August 2007 für GBP 4.560,00 (€ 6.740,88) versteigert wurde.
