The work The Sunlit Dressing Table by Susan Ryder was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Bonhams in London in July 2021. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,657.50 (€ 1,943.76), 38% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Susan Ryder - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Cupid Lamp, which sold at auction in August 2007 for GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,740.88).

Die Arbeit The Sunlit Dressing Table von Susan Ryder wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.657,50 (€ 1.943,76) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Susan Ryder mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Cupid Lamp beobachtet, die im August 2007 für GBP 4.560,00 (€ 6.740,88) versteigert wurde.
