A top price for Sun Duoci - as previously expected
The work Double Bliss(Painted In 1953) by Sun Duoci was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2017. It changed hands for a price of HKD 76,700.00 (€ 8,441.74) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Double Bliss(Painted In 1953) is the most expensive artwork by Sun Duoci that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Double Bliss(Painted In 1953) von Sun Duoci wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 76.700,00 (€ 8.441,74) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Double Bliss(Painted In 1953) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Sun Duoci, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
