Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Natura morta by Sukriye Dikmen was auctioned at Il Ponte in December 2013. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,400.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Sukriye Dikmen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Turkish Untitled in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 14,144.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Natura morta von Sukriye Dikmen kam im Dezember 2013 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.400,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 2.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sukriye Dikmen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Turkish Untitled im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 14.144,36).
