Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Making Her Mark: 20th/21st Century Women Artists, which included the work I Am Here For You by Stickymonger. The price achieved of HKD 189,000.00 (€ 193,005.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 300,000.00. Other works by Stickymonger have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July last year the work Strawberry Stalkers - Happy Together was auctioned for HKD 1,638,000.00 (€ 204,388.75).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Making Her Mark: 20th/21st Century Women Artists durch, in der auch die Arbeit I Am Here For You von Stickymonger zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 189.000,00 (€ 193.005,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Stickymonger konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli letzten Jahres die Arbeit Strawberry Stalkers - Happy Together für HKD 1.638.000,00 (€ 204.388,75) versteigert.
