A top price for Steven Klein
In May 2016 Phillips in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Woman in Kitchen by Steven Klein. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 48,933.54). With this result, Woman in Kitchen is even the most expensive work of art by Steven Klein that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2016 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Woman in Kitchen von Steven Klein zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 48.933,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Woman in Kitchen sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Steven Klein, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
