Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Interference 1 by Stephane Graff was sold in the SEX Theme Sale auction at Phillips in London in March 2010. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,420.45) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stephane Graff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Woman With The Girl With The Pearl in October 2020 with an auction result of GBP 31,500.00 (€ 34,978.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Interference 1 von Stephane Graff wurde im März 2010 in der Auktion SEX Theme Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.420,45) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stephane Graff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Woman With The Girl With The Pearl im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 31.500,00 (€ 34.978,06).
