In June 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Winter Landscape by Stepan Kolesnikoff. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,750.00 (€ 11,103.43), 39% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stepan Kolesnikoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Festival in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 155,398.43).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 39 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter Landscape von Stepan Kolesnikoff zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.750,00 (€ 11.103,43) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stepan Kolesnikoff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Festival im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 155.398,43).
