The work Wheat Field by Stepan Kolesnikoff was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2018. The auction ended at the price of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,781.02), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stepan Kolesnikoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Festival in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 155,398.43).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Wheat Field von Stepan Kolesnikoff wurde im Juni 2018 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 6.781,02) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stepan Kolesnikoff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Festival im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 155.398,43).
