Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2006 Christies in London held the auction Irish Sale Part II, which included the work Three Quarter Length Self-Portrait; Self-Portrait by Stella Steyn. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 840.00 (€ 1,226.13). Other works by Stella Steyn have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 1,320.00 (€ 1,926.77) in May 2006 for the work Nude Figures In Motion.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion Irish Sale Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Quarter Length Self-Portrait; Self-Portrait von Stella Steyn zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 840,00 (€ 1.226,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Stella Steyn haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.320,00 (€ 1.926,77) im Mai 2006 für die Arbeit Nude Figures In Motion beobachtet.
