Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Stanislawa de Karlowska could be acquired at Christies in London in July 2003 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Twentieth Century British Art auction, the work Still life changed hands for GBP 235.00 (€ 307.16) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stanislawa de Karlowska achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mydlow in March 2004 with an auction result of GBP 3,585.00 (€ 5,366.42).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stanislawa de Karlowska erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mydlow im März 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.585,00 (€ 5.366,42).
