Despite a disappointment, a good price for Spencer Altemont Moseley
In January 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Walk Up by Spencer Altemont Moseley for USD 1,187.50 (€ 865.84). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Walk Up is the most expensive artwork by Spencer Altemont Moseley that we have observed at auction so far.
