Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Roméo Sarfati Collection, which included the work Sexoviolencia, libertad - 1995 by Speedy Graphito. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,198.00. Admittedly, works by Speedy Graphito have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Captain Spray - 2010 in February 2016 with an auction result of EUR 37,700.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Roméo Sarfati Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sexoviolencia, libertad - 1995 von Speedy Graphito zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.198,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Speedy Graphito auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Captain Spray - 2010 im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.700,00.
