Sold at the upper estimate price
In April 2015 Phillips in London held the auction Under the Influence, which included the work Its All About Oil by Sophie von Hellermann. The auction ended at the price of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,746.46), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sophie von Hellermann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in December last year with an auction result of GBP 16,380.00 (€ 18,491.42).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im April 2015 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Under the Influence durch, in der auch die Arbeit Its All About Oil von Sophie von Hellermann zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.746,46) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sophie von Hellermann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.380,00 (€ 18.491,42).
