Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Hare with Dancers by Sophie Ryder was auctioned at Bonhams in London in September this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 20,480.00 (€ 20,480.00). Admittedly, works by Sophie Ryder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lady-Hare with Dog 216 cm. (85 in.) high in November last year with an auction result of GBP 94,800.00 (€ 109,851.55).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Hare with Dancers von Sophie Ryder kam im September diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 20.480,00 (€ 20.480,00) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sophie Ryder auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lady-Hare with Dog 216 cm. (85 in.) high im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 94.800,00 (€ 109.851,55).
