It achieved a price of GBP 7,012.50 (€ 8,362.16), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sophie Ryder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lady-Hare with Dog 216 cm. (85 in.) high in November last year with an auction result of GBP 94,800.00 (€ 109,851.55).

Die Arbeit Hare and Naked Lady 40.5cm (15 15/16in) high von Sophie Ryder kam im April letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 7.012,50 (€ 8.362,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sophie Ryder erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lady-Hare with Dog 216 cm. (85 in.) high im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 94.800,00 (€ 109.851,55).
