This artwork by Sonic achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in November 2010. In the Tag & Graffiti - Sale Benefiting to “Paris Tout P’tits” auction, the work Sans Titre sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 501.00. Admittedly, works by Sonic have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Midnight Magic - 2011 in February 2015 with an auction result of EUR 10,140.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sonic erzielte im November 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Tag & Graffiti - Sale Benefiting to “Paris Tout P’tits” wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 501,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sonic auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Midnight Magic - 2011 im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.140,00.
