Sold at the upper estimate price
In November this year POLY held the auction Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III, which included the work Landscape At Taihu Lake by Song Wenzhi. The auction ended at the price of HKD 6,000.00 (€ 704.07), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 3,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Song Wenzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River in October 2018 with an auction result of HKD 2,478,000.00 (€ 279,026.47).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres führte POLY die Auktion Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape At Taihu Lake von Song Wenzhi zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 6.000,00 (€ 704,07) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 3.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Song Wenzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.478.000,00 (€ 279.026,47).
