Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fishing Village by Song Wenzhi was auctioned at POLY in November this year. The price achieved of HKD 6,000.00 (€ 704.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Song Wenzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River in October 2018 with an auction result of HKD 2,478,000.00 (€ 279,026.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fishing Village von Song Wenzhi kam im November diesen Jahres bei POLY zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 6.000,00 (€ 704,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Song Wenzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.478.000,00 (€ 279.026,47).
