Auction result well in line with expectations
The work U've Been Gone by Song Kun was auctioned at Christies in Shanghai in October 2014. The price achieved of CNY 250,000.00 (€ 32,641.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Admittedly, works by Song Kun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Garden of Auspicious Animals in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,375,000.00 (€ 269,018.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit U've Been Gone von Song Kun kam im Oktober 2014 bei Christies in Shanghai zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 250.000,00 (€ 32.641,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Song Kun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Garden of Auspicious Animals im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.375.000,00 (€ 269.018,38).
