Admittedly, works by William Blake Richmond have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Watchers in September 2018 with an auction result of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 81,426.82).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 11.456,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%.
