The work Pietros, Rome by David Young Cameron was sold in the Scottish Art auction at Sothebys in London in September 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,873.34), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Young Cameron - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness, which sold at auction in July 2021 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,851.80).

Die Arbeit Pietros, Rome von David Young Cameron wurde im September 2019 in der Auktion Scottish Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.873,34) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von David Young Cameron mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness beobachtet, die im Juli 2021 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 27.851,80) versteigert wurde.
