Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Loch Maree by David Young Cameron was sold in the The Scottish Sale auction at Bonhams in Edinburgh in October 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 828.75 (€ 981.84). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Young Cameron achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,851.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Loch Maree von David Young Cameron wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion The Scottish Sale bei Bonhams in Edinburgh versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 828,75 (€ 981,84) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Young Cameron erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 27.851,80).
