Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portfolio of Six Prints by Shio Kusaka was sold in the Editions Online auction at Phillips in an online auction in April 2020. It changed hands for a price of USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,134.64) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shio Kusaka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work (Line 65) in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
