It achieved a price of HKD 3,380,000.00 (€ 329,338.57), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shi Chong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Walking Man II, which sold at auction in December 2020 for HKD 8,850,000.00 (€ 933,483.24).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 3.380.000,00 (€ 329.338,57) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Für andere Arbeiten von Shi Chong mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Walking Man II beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für HKD 8.850.000,00 (€ 933.483,24) versteigert wurde.
