The work Portrait of Rupert Brooke, circa 1905 by Sherril Schell was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2000. The price achieved of GBP 1,057.50 (€ 1,769.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00.
