Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy In Xingshu by Shen Zengzhi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 5,012.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shen Zengzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poem In Xingshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,500,000.00 (€ 173,356.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Xingshu von Shen Zengzhi kam im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 5.012,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shen Zengzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poem In Xingshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.500.000,00 (€ 173.356,03).
