Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy in Running Script by Shen Zengzhi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December this year. The price achieved of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,289.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shen Zengzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poem In Xingshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,500,000.00 (€ 173,356.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Running Script von Shen Zengzhi kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.289,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shen Zengzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poem In Xingshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.500.000,00 (€ 173.356,03).
