Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Joy and Happiness by Shao Fei was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. It changed hands for a price of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,546.55) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Other works by Shao Fei have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2013 the work Girls Praying was auctioned for HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,740.56).

Die Arbeit Joy and Happiness von Shao Fei wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.546,55) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Shao Fei konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2013 die Arbeit Girls Praying für HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.740,56) versteigert.
