It achieved a price of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,513.40), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shannon Finley - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Moon Pulse"., which sold at auction in February 2021 for EUR 5,160.00.

Die Arbeit Orb (Planetary) von Shannon Finley kam im August 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.513,40) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Shannon Finley mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Moon Pulse". beobachtet, die im Februar 2021 für EUR 5.160,00 versteigert wurde.
