Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flower Blossoms by Shang Shengbo was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,354.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Shang Shengbo have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work Peaches was auctioned for HKD 150,000.00 (€ 12,348.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flower Blossoms von Shang Shengbo wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.354,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Shang Shengbo konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2008 die Arbeit Peaches für HKD 150.000,00 (€ 12.348,97) versteigert.
