The work Nature Morte, 1963 by Sergio de Castro was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2011. It achieved a price of EUR 1,913.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 59 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sergio de Castro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Atelier- Printemps 66, 1966 in June 2007 with an auction result of EUR 23,545.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 59 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nature Morte, 1963 von Sergio de Castro kam im Oktober 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.913,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 59 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sergio de Castro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Atelier- Printemps 66, 1966 im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.545,00.
