In June 2007 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction Russian Pictures, Works of Art and Icons, which included the work Interior by Sergei Shutov. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,200.00 (€ 15,136.29), 46% above the upper estimate. Other works by Sergei Shutov have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 13,700.00 (€ 17,210.60) in March 2008 for the work At Sunset.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.200,00 (€ 15.136,29) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
