Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Circus by Sergei Iosifovich Yutkevich was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 5,092.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sergei Iosifovich Yutkevich - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Set Design For Stravinsky'S Petrushka, which sold at auction in December 2015 for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 13,579.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Circus von Sergei Iosifovich Yutkevich kam im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 5.092,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Sergei Iosifovich Yutkevich mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Set Design For Stravinsky'S Petrushka beobachtet, die im Dezember 2015 für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 13.579,52) versteigert wurde.
