Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "LIAR VII" by Sara-Vide Ericson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 22,000.00 (€ 2,121.96). Other works by Sara-Vide Ericson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2013 by the work "Hilla II" at SEK 30,000.00 (€ 3,487.83).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "LIAR VII" von Sara-Vide Ericson im Oktober 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 22.000,00 (€ 2.121,96) den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Sara-Vide Ericson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Mai 2013 die Arbeit "Hilla II" mit SEK 30.000,00 (€ 3.487,83).
