Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,505.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sara Rahbar - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Iranianflag #11 Rescue Me From Who I Am And From What I Am Becoming, which sold at auction in October 2018 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,011.52).
