Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Shifts of Sand, Porthmeor, 1996 by Sandra Blow was sold in the British. Cool. auction at Bonhams in London in February 2021. The price achieved of GBP 11,475.00 (€ 13,234.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sandra Blow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Painting in July 2007 with an auction result of GBP 48,000.00 (€ 71,291.08).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 11.475,00 (€ 13.234,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sandra Blow auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Painting im Juli 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 48.000,00 (€ 71.291,08).
