Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Swimming with the fishes; Endangered species; The crucifixion of humanity; and Study for crucifixion by Sam Morse Brown for GBP 300.00 (€ 446.12). This price was achieved in the auction British, Continental and Russian Pictures at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sam Morse Brown achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The crucifixion of humanity in August 2006 with an auction result of GBP 5,400.00 (€ 8,030.14).

Im August 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Swimming with the fishes; Endangered species; The crucifixion of humanity; and Study for crucifixion von Sam Morse Brown für GBP 300,00 (€ 446,12) erwerben.
