Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May this year VAN HAM held the auction Fine Art, which included the work Waldlandschaft am Dorfrand. by Salomon Rombouts. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 10,560.00. Admittedly, works by Salomon Rombouts have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A village kermesse with figures in July 2019 with an auction result of GBP 45,000.00 (€ 49,407.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Fine Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Waldlandschaft am Dorfrand. von Salomon Rombouts zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 10.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Salomon Rombouts auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A village kermesse with figures im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 45.000,00 (€ 49.407,01).
