Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 22,350.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Salomon Leonardus Verveer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch the Ferry On The Maas Near Dordrecht in June 2011 with an auction result of EUR 102,750.00.
