Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Abstract Composition by Salah Taher was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2018. The price achieved of GBP 687.50 (€ 765.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Salah Taher achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Metaphysic in March 2016 with an auction result of USD 32,500.00 (€ 28,533.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Abstract Composition von Salah Taher kam im Dezember 2018 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 687,50 (€ 765,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Salah Taher erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Metaphysic im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 28.533,80).
