This artwork by Sadanand Bakre achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in October 2021. In the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction, the work Untitled(Landscape) sold for GBP 5,737.50 (€ 6,797.39) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sadanand Bakre achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2018 with an auction result of INR 18,750,000.00 (€ 236,796.79).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Sadanand Bakre erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art wurde die Arbeit Untitled(Landscape) für GBP 5.737,50 (€ 6.797,39) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sadanand Bakre erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von INR 18.750.000,00 (€ 236.796,79).
