Admittedly, works by Sadanand Bakre have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2018 with an auction result of INR 18,750,000.00 (€ 236,796.79).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Tower Bridge, London) von Sadanand Bakre kam im September letzten Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 44.100,00 (€ 45.078,20) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sadanand Bakre auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von INR 18.750.000,00 (€ 236.796,79).
