Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work 'Carolina', 2006 by Sabine Dehnel for GBP 125.00 (€ 140.15). This price was achieved in the auction Edition Gerd Hatje: Contemporary Photographs, Prints & Multiples at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 250.00 – 350.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sabine Dehnel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spielplatz in December 2013 with an auction result of EUR 4,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 'Carolina', 2006 von Sabine Dehnel für GBP 125,00 (€ 140,15) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Edition Gerd Hatje: Contemporary Photographs, Prints & Multiples bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 250,00 – 350,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sabine Dehnel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spielplatz im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.500,00.
