Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art, which included the work Group of Seven Symbols: Phoenix, Blue and Carps, Rabbit, Merman, Dragonfly, Female Mayfly & Secret Keyhole -The Shishi Lock Ornament by Ryoko Kimura. The price achieved of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 12,020.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 200,000.00. Other works by Ryoko Kimura have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2007 the work Beauty of My Dish - My man's body dish for L'opera gateau au chocolat was auctioned for HKD 247,500.00 (€ 21,636.03).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 12.020,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden.
