Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2020 Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included this untitled work by Ryan Sullivan. Here, the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 27,500.00 (€ 23,468.17). Admittedly, works by Ryan Sullivan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work October 28, 2010-February 8, 2011 in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 185,000.00 (€ 135,969.43).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2020 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ryan Sullivan zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 27.500,00 (€ 23.468,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryan Sullivan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit October 28, 2010-February 8, 2011 im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 185.000,00 (€ 135.969,43).
